The situation
Energie AG Oberösterreich is active in electricity, natural gas, heat, waste disposal and telecommunications. In order to deal with this broad range of tasks, the Group and its reporting are structured into several parts.
The challenge
Six group members, who in turn do business with 28 other market participants, were all looking for the same thing: an easy-to-use, clearly designed and reliable reporting system.
The solution
We created a solution that consolidates the reports of all group members into one central location. It works according to the principle of Software as a Service (SaaS), which spares the customer from having to worry about administration, maintenance and updates. In addition, the entire group needs just one central contract. This made it possible for Energie AG Oberösterreich to not only take advantage of a considerable reduction in contract costs but also immediately have reports transmitted to ACER.
