As long as it is a matter of structuring, processing and forwarding data and time series, our technology can be used to map any use case. Here is a selection of our projects:
Sales controlling
A solution for holistic sales controlling was created to give an energy supply company more control options. In this solution, customer portfolios with the various contract facets are mapped and evaluated in real time for any period of time according to defined KPIs, such as contribution margin or revenue per customer.
Integration in Microsoft PowerBI makes the evaluations accessible to all authorized recipients. This gives the energy supply company maximum transparency and the ability to act in order to make business-critical decisions more quickly and take countermeasures if necessary.
The solution was designed and developed together with the customer team. Thanks to agile project management, new findings could be used quickly to make the solution even better. On completion of the project, the customer team was able to map new customer products independently.
Market data management
A wide-ranging system for the retrieval, validation, processing and event-based forwarding of market, weather and infrastructure data was implemented for a large trading company. This system forms the basis for all subsequent systems required by a retailer, be it an ETRM, CRM or ERP system. The solution has thus established and proven itself as a mainstay of the operational business.
In order to support retailers with high-quality recommendations for action, data and processes are monitored comprehensively. In total, the system carries out 1,700 data imports and 250 calculations every day and currently comprises 55,000 time series with 55 billion individual values - all completely automatically. All that remains for the team are clear market reports and models.
Virtual power plant
A comprehensive, deeply integrated virtual power plant (VPP) was set up for a municipal utility to map and bundle electricity and gas generation capacities. Our TechStack is the central data hub for technical and data-driven processes. The virtual power plant facilitates forecasting processes, optimizes the plant schedule and communicates with the control software of the power plants.A web cockpit can be used to adapt the power plant deployment during operation and plan ahead. In this way, generation capacities can be virtualized, controlled and then marketed. As our customer also offers these services to other energy supply companies, the solution is multi-client capable.
Stock exchange settlement
The stock exchange settlement tool was developed for an energy supply company to check trading activities and the associated release of payments for controlling.A web interface provides the user with a complete overview of the daily processes carried out and the option of intervening manually to rectify errors or maintain data manually. The exchange settlement tool is regularly developed further together with the customer. In recent years, this has included the inclusion of a new stock exchange and the associated daily and monthly processes. But also the introduction of new trading products. The added value here lies in the time saved in the daily processes.
